Are your lashes reusable?

Absolutely! With proper care, our lashes are re usable false lashes. Clean them gently after each use and store them in their original packaging for longevity.

 

How much is shipping?

Our shipping starts at £3.99 & never exceeds £5.99, if you spend more than £50 you automatically get free shipping.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch via Evri, Once dispatched (Packed and left us), orders usually take 2/4 days to arrive and 90% of the time will arrive on time. However, please understand this is still standard delivery we cannot guarantee this and sometimes Evri may delay this. Please note during busy periods your order may take a few days to leave us, but you will be notified. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we only ship within the UK, however we are working on expanding our delivery options soon. Stay tuned for updates!

 

How do I safely remove and store my lashes?

Gently peel the lashes from the outer corner, use a mild makeup remover if needed, and remove excess glue before storing them in their case to maintain their shape.

 

My order has not arrived what do I do? 

Sometimes items can be delayed with Evri which is beyond our control, if you have not received your item 2 weeks after your item was despatched please send an email to hnoorcosmetics@hotmail.com where our customer service team will try to get back to you within 24/48 hours. Please note if Evri have lost your order it will take 14 days after dispatch before we can open a claim after this point and Evri get back to us we can assess the claim and make a decision to fix this issue.

 

My lashes have bubble wrap, does this affect my lashes?

No, our lashes are packed in a clean environment and are not used or touched. We provide the best strip lashes and wrap them for hygiene reasons. 

 

My lashes have arrived damaged what should i do? 

We are so sorry to hear this, all of our lashes are packed with no dents or damage. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team (hnoorcosmetics@hotmail.com) within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will then decide on whether it should be replaced or refunded.

 

My lashes are faulty what do I do?

Providing the lashes have not been tampered with and broken whilst being removed from the tray, and the damage is purely from manufacturing, not the end user we may issue a refund, however photos must be taken and sent in the original packaging as it arrived and unopened or removed from the box. 

 

Do the eyelashes come with glue?

Unfortunately due to our very competitive prices we do not currently include eyelash glue. 

Do you offer MUA Discount?

No, not at the moment.

 

Can I return my order? 

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we are unable to offer any returns due to hygiene rules. 

I made a mistake typing my address what should I do?

If you realise there is an error in your shipping address, please email us at hnoorcosmetics@hotmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update your details. However, if the order has already been shipped, Evri will typically return the package to us. In this case - To have your parcel resent, you will need to cover the original shipping cost again. If you choose a refund instead, the original postage cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Our most natural looking lashes so far are Elegance and Aura.

Our most glam strip eyelashes are Cherish, Noori, Euphoria, Divine

 

How do I apply false eyelashes?

To apply, trim the lashes to fit your eye shape, apply a thin layer of lash glue, wait a few seconds until tacky, then carefully place the lashes along your natural lash line.
